As we have envisioned, our primary focus is to improve saniatation, provide water source, deliver primary and secondary medical care. Further we are to help to create infra structure to continue medical care through their own management.

The team member will be asked to do:
1. Travel to sugarcane plantations.
2. Live in tent in the plantations.
3. Take vital signs of patients.
4. Prepare prescribed medication for patients.
5. Visit homes of natives and mingle with the natives.
6. Be imaginative how to deliver our compassion to the natives.

If you have medical health care skill (MD, DO, RN, LPN, NP, PT, RT) you will be asked to perform as you are trained to do so. The setting will be in the field and you should be able to improvise.

For non-health care members, be imaginative and use your skill that is in your heart to share your compassion with the natives. Just being there with the people is more than anyone can give.

Our mission is not to cure but rather alleviate some of that misery and show our caring heart.
